Dynamic assessment and learning profile

Dynamic assessment is an assessment approach that examines how a student's performance can change with mediated supports/adaptations. This assessment gathers information on strengths and areas in need of support in cognition, memory, reading, writing, and mathematics. In addition, the most unique aspect of this assessment is that it analyzes and identifies the most appropriate accommodations and teaching strategies for the student throughout the assessment process. This type of assessment provides a wealth of information and not only includes a comprehensive set of recommendations for instructional programming, but also outlines teaching accommodations and strategies linked to the student's grade level standards.

Fee: $125 per hour for 10-15 hours to complete.

Payment options: private pay (payment plans available upon request) or reimbursement by the school district.
