Description:

We provide consultation and expert witness testimony for attorneys in specialized education and disability-related matters. Areas of expertise include assessment practices (including dynamic and alternative assessments), behavioral and mental-health considerations, and educational programming and inclusion for individuals with Down syndrome and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. Services focus on interpreting evaluations, explaining behavior within educational and psychological contexts, and supporting informed, evidence-based legal decision-making.

Rates: Consultation rates may vary depending on the type, location, timelines for services, hours required, and materials. The rates for consultation typically range from $125/hour to $200/hour. Please inquire with admin@bookwormedpsych.com for more information.
Payment options: School district/ organization contract for consultation services, California Self-Determination Program funding, or private pay (payment plans available upon request).
