

We provide mental wellness and educationally related mental health services for adolescents and adults (ages 12+) with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Down syndrome, and complex communication needs, offered in both individual and group formats. Services support individuals whose emotional well-being impacts participation in school, work, or the community and are available in person, virtually, or in a hybrid model. Interventions integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Zones of Regulation© with other evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s strengths, goals, and learning profile.

Payment Options:

School district/ organization contract for Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS)/Educationally Related Intensive Counseling Services (ERICS), California Self-Determination Program funding (331- Social Skills/ 331- Self-Regulation Coaching), or private pay (payment plans available upon request).
