Education-Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS)

Education Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) is a collaborative approach to addressing mental health issues that may be affecting a student's academic performance, behavior, and overall well-being. ERMHS may be provided as a special education service through an IEP if an ERMHS assessment demonstrates that a student can benefit from ERMHS support and is eligible to receive services. Areas of assessment may include:


  • General socioemotional well-being

  • Characteristics of anxiety

  • Characteristics of depression

  • Self-concept/Self-esteem

  • Behavior

  • Character strengths


Rate: $4,800


Payment options: School district contract for independent educational evaluation (IEE) or private pay (payment plans available upon request).


**Fees may vary depending on the need for travel and specific areas of evaluation.
