Behavior consultation in a way that is objective, inclusive, and centered on the unique strengths, values, and needs of each learner and their family. The model emphasizes collaboration across all settings and providers and keeps the learner’s best interest at the core of all decisions.

Description:

We provide consultation and expert witness testimony for attorneys in specialized education and disability-related matters. Areas of expertise include assessment practices (including dynamic and alternative assessments), behavioral and mental-health considerations, and educational programming and inclusion for individuals with Down syndrome and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. Services focus on interpreting evaluations, explaining behavior within educational and psychological contexts, and supporting informed, evidence-based legal decision-making.

We also offer packages of behavior/education consultation sessions:
- 5 hours of behavior or education consultation = $675
- 10 hours of behavior or education consultation = $1,350
- 15 hours of behavior or education consultation = $2,025
- 20 hours of behavior or education consultation = $2,700
Payment options: School district/ organization contract for consultation services, California Self-Determination Program funding, or private pay (payment plans available upon request).
