Pre- Vocational & Employment Support

We provide one-on-one pre-vocational and employment support for individuals with I/DD, Down syndrome, or complex communication needs to develop their pre- vocational and employment skills.  Skill development includes:

• Discovering job preferences and values

• Resume building

• Job research and state agency research (ex. Dept. of Rehabilitation)

• Job interview prep

• Interpersonal skills for the workplace

• Self- advocacy around disability and accommodations 

Fee: $115/hour

Payment options: Private pay or California Self- Determination Program

Location: Virtual or In- Person
