We conduct comprehensive, strength- based, person- centered psychoeducational and academic evaluations for individuals with suspected or identified disabilities.  Evaluations adhere to the NASP Standards and compliance standards set forth by the California Department of Education.  We aim to capture a thorough and comprehensive learning profile in each evaluation utilizing a variety of materials and measures.

Payment Options:   Independent Education Evaluation (IEE) request through school district or private pay

We use an Interactive approach to provide professional development to schools and other organizations on a variety of topics:

We utilize a collaborative approach to partner with educators, school psychologists, paraprofessionals, school leadership, parents/ guardians, and other support providers to offer consultation In the areas of behavior, Inclusion, academics, mental health, neuroaffirming care, trauma- informed care, compassionate behavior support, and disability- specific consultation related to Individuals with Down syndrome, ADHD Intellectual disabilities, complex support needs, and co- occurring conditions.

We use a variety of evidence- based and neurodiversity- affirming approaches to provide psycho-educational  counseling and coaching in the areas of social- emotional wellbeing, self- regulation and coping skills, self- advocacy, executive function and working memory, relationship development, and communication.

We offer a therapeutic approach to supporting individuals gain academic  confidence and competence tailored to their access points.  This process begins with establishing a relationship, identifying student strengths and areas of interest.  Each therapeutic program aims to rebuild or establish positive relationships with academics in a supportive and warm environment.  Additionally, this service can be tailored to post- secondary academic and employment competencies such as resume building, interviewing skills, financial literacy, in addition to workplace communication and interpersonal skills.

We use a research- driven, person- centered approach to examining an individual's learning environment and provide recommendations on how to maximize an individual's belonging in the educational setting.  Additionally, we provide inclusion facilitation that is a collaborative process to support school staff with cultivating inclusion and belonging for all students across the academic and social domains.
